Who are we?
I have been coaching and mentoring in leadership for 14 years. I am a qualified practitioner in DiSC, Hogan, Firo-B, Strength-scope, ESCI, WRAW and MBTI. I recently completed the Neuroscience Academy Brain Health & Wellness programme. I am one of only four master practitioners in WRAW - Workplace Resilience and Wellbeing. Prior to this, I created my own award-winning PR consultancy before working as CEO for a leading communications group, managing 10 consultancies in public relations, advertising, digital, advocacy and media relations.
SARAH NORTH, SENIOR CONSULTANT
I have worked on leadership and capability development programmes in both the private and public sectors, bringing neuroscience to the workplace through success profiling and coaching. I have advised HR business partners and business leaders on a range of issues including enhancing confidence; personal resilience, presence, impact and influence; and work/life balance. Prior to this, I worked as an HR business partner in a number of investment banking organisations in London and Paris, and as a publisher of a national family lifestyle magazine.
I am a journalist and creative writer with experience of bringing these specialist skills to benefit businesses. I have held Board-level positions within a range of communications companies, whilst continuing to practice as a creative writer at the highest level. I help develop thoughts and ideas as tangible concepts that can be communicated to assure clarity among the Board and gain buy-in from the wider team. As a media trainer, I also give clients confidence when they need to speak to any audience in any situation.
I am a healthcare marketer and entrepreneur. I have been working in sales, strategic marketing and business development in the healthcare industry for over 18 years. During this time, I have advised investment and global consulting groups, including BCG and TPG, creating feasibility studies and market entry strategies for a range of healthcare products from medical devices to digital solutions.

I am a solver of people problems. For over 13 years, I have been helping clients get the right frameworks in place to motivate and manage their people. During this time, I have guided clients who needed to exit individuals from the team, undertaken due diligence for takeovers and mergers and provided pragmatic support to guide clients through the labyrinth of employment legislation.
